At Krysalis we want to make your personal training experience the best it can possibly be. We recognise that not everyone enjoys working out and so we try to make it as fun and light hearted as possible.

Beginners start at the beginning. We use our extensive experience and knowledge to educate and create challenging, unique and fun workouts to help you to push through the barriers that might prevent you from reaching your goals.

Krysalis focuses on creating positive changes in your body shape and on improving your posture and balance. Expect increases in your strength and fitness levels as well has having more energy!
