Krysalis aims to encourage positive changes in people's attitudes towards health, fitness and wellbeing by teaching correct exercise and good nutrition in a light and playful way.

Specialising in fitness, functional strength training, weight management and posture correction, Krysalis uses a variety of training techniques to match personality and body types and ensure results are achieved.

Krysalis also teach corporate health and well-being workshops, outdoor training groups and self defence/personal safety courses.
